Job Description
The LQA Executive/Senior LQA Executive at Bushiroad International Pte. Ltd. is responsible for ensuring the quality, consistency, and brand adherence of localized content. This includes reviewing and editing websites, marketing materials, and digital assets, translating digital game content from Japanese to English, and performing quality assurance checks on translations. The role also involves copywriting, collaborating with marketing, design, and product teams, and staying current with internet culture to maximize content reach. The ideal candidate will possess strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Japanese (JLPT N2 preferred), and a familiarity with gaming, anime, and internet culture.

Must Have:
- Review and edit localized content

Localization/Quality Assurance
- Review and edit content, including websites, marketing materials and other digital assets, for
quality, consistency and adherence to brand guides - Localize digital content from Japanese to English
- Quality assurance of digital game translations from Japanese to English
Copywriting
- Write, edit and proofread engaging and persuasive copy for various channels, including
websites, social media, email campaigns and print materials - Collaborate with marketing, design and product teams to craft messaging that aligns with
campaign goals and brand identity - Stay up-to-date with internet culture to continuously improve content reach
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s
Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Communications, Linguistics,
Marketing, or a related field - Strong understanding of social media/digital marketing platforms
- Strong understanding of cultural and linguistic nuances
- Exceptional and fluent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Japanese
in order to liaise with Japanese speaking associates and localize content from Japanese to
English (minimum JLPT N2 preferred) - Willingness to learn the trading card games to boost promotion of the brand and product
- Have working knowledge in games, anime, and popular or internet culture
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent at schedule management and multi-tasking
- Open to work on some weekends/public holidays for Company events
- Open to travel overseas for business trips when required
