Job Description
The Marketing Executive at Bushiroad International Pte. Ltd. will manage social media, websites, and digital promotions, including Google and Meta Ads. Responsibilities include copywriting, developing promotional strategies for product releases, and conducting data analysis to optimize performance. Candidates need 1-2 years of marketing/communications experience, strong digital marketing knowledge, and excellent English communication skills. The role requires a proactive team player with problem-solving abilities, willing to learn trading card games, and open to occasional weekend work and overseas travel.
Good To Have:
- Familiarity with games, anime, or internet culture is a strong advantage
- Proficiency in Japanese, both written and oral, in order to liaise with Japanese speaking associates
Must Have:
- Manage and update official social media platforms and websites
- Copywriting for social media, website, articles
- Brainstorm and propose new promotional strategies to boost brand image and awareness
- Prepare press releases for announcements
- Manage community outreach such as liaising with KOLs and community leaders
- Manage digital promotion such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.
- Develop and adapt promotional plans to align with each product release
- Conduct data analysis from social media, surveys, and ad campaigns to optimize performance
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Marketing/Communications
- Has at least 1-2 years of relevant work experience
- Strong understanding of social media and digital marketing platforms
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral
- Willingness to learn trading card games (TCG) to better promote the brand and products
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and resolve challenges effectively
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to take initiative independently
- Able to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Open to work on occasional weekends/public holidays for Company events
- Open to travel overseas for business trips when required
