The Logistics Executive will collaborate with the sales team to plan delivery schedules for new products and restock requests, manage import procedures for finished goods, and coordinate with local warehouses for pick and pack operations. This role involves handling export functions, ensuring inventory accuracy, liaising with 3rd party logistics providers for shipping quotes, and supporting event material shipments. The executive will also drive process improvements, monitor provider performance, verify invoices, and prepare fortnightly product availability reports.
Good To Have:- Driving License Class 3/3A
Must Have:- Possess at least a Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or relevant field
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience in logistics customer service or equivalent
- Knowledge in import and export procedures (Air & Sea freight)
- Knowledge in Incoterms 2020 and Harmonised Code classification
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Skills in data analysis, tasks management, and ideas generation
- Positive attitude, striving for constant improvements
- Proficient in MS Office software and courier ship manager platform
- Pro-active attitude to anticipate and resolve issues efficiently
- Open to work in warehouse when required
- Open to work on some weekends/public holidays for Company events
