The Shop Support Associate oversees daily sales department activities, handling purchase orders and inquiries from North American and Latin American distributors and retailers. Responsibilities include task allocation, workflow optimization, performance monitoring, and reporting to the Team Leader. This role also involves assisting with shipments, retailer registrations, promotional offers, database maintenance, resolving inquiries, and coordinating retail events. Additional duties include inventory management, shipping promotional items, attending tournaments as an official judge, and market trend analysis. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is necessary, along with 1-2 years of sales/promotional and warehouse experience.
