Job Description:
- This position is responsible for supporting event planning and ensuring smooth operations throughout each event.
Primary Duties:
- Work with the team to plan, organize, promote, and execute events—mainly tournaments—for our Trading Card Game brands, in order to provide enjoyable experiences for the community.
- Carry out assigned responsibilities accurately and in a timely manner.
- Contribute ideas and creativity to improve each project.
- Liaise with other internal teams, regional offices, and external partners as needed.
- Support other team projects when necessary, such as operating conventions and assisting with packing and shipping items to stores.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Experience playing Bushiroad TCGs and the ability to perform Judge-related duties.
Preferred Characteristics:
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Skilled at managing tasks, schedules, and multi-tasking.
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn new things.
- Experience in a leadership role.
- Proficiency in Japanese and/or Spanish.
- Experience in organizing and running events.
