The Cash Collection Supervisor will manage the Accounts Receivable team, ensuring effective debt collection. The role involves overseeing processes within the Accounting Operations department, managing monthly AR reports, conducting high-level calls to reduce overdue debt, and communicating with other departments to resolve issues. Additionally, the supervisor will manage monthly AR sub-ledger closing activities for the EMEA region, covering over 30 countries.
Must have:
  • University degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable or cash collection management
  • Strong knowledge of accounts receivable processes and best practices
  • Excellent command of English
  • Proficiency in ERP Accounting systems and AR management tools
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Description:

As the Cash Collection Supervisor, you will play a vital role in managing the Accounts Receivable team and ensuring the effective collection of outstanding debts. Join our dynamic team and lead a group of professionals to achieve excellence in cash collection processes. 

We will count on you to: 

  • Manage an Accounts Receivable team of 10, developing strategies to meet goals, conducting regular performance evaluations, delegating tasks, and motivating the team through active listening. 
  • Control processes across teams in the Accounting Operations department, reviewing and approving internal policies, and overseeing monthly AR dashboards and reports sent to Country Controllers and CFOs. 
  • Conduct high-level calls and plan actions to reduce overdue debt, manage bad debt reserves, and address unapplied cash. 
  • Actively communicate with other departments (bank team, cash application, billing, legal teams) to resolve ongoing issues and ensure smooth operations. 
  • Manage monthly AR sub-ledger closing activities for the EMEA region, covering over 30 countries. 

What you need to have: 

  • University degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. 

  • 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in Accounts Receivable or cash collection management. 

  • Strong knowledge of accounts receivable processes and best practices. 

  • Excellent command of English – a must. 

  • Proficiency in ERP Accounting systems and AR management tools. 

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
