As a Senior Level Designer at Lighthouse Games, you will be responsible for designing and creating game levels that captivate players and leave a lasting impact. Working closely with the game director and other team members, you will have the opportunity to bring your creative ideas to life and contribute to the development of our next big title.

We value innovation, collaboration, and attention to detail. We are looking for someone who is skilled at designing engaging gameplay mechanics, crafting compelling narratives, and creating visually stunning environments that push the boundaries of what is possible in the gaming industry.

Requirements

5+ years of experience as a Level Designer in the gaming industry.
Proficiency in using industry-standard game engines and design tools.
Strong understanding of game design principles and mechanics.
Experience with scripting languages such as Lua, Python, or C#.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
Passion for gaming and a strong understanding of current industry trends.
Previous experience working on AAA game titles is preferred.
