Join Springer Nature’s dynamic Client Fulfilment Marketing team and play a key role in supporting commercial growth through strategic marketing initiatives and strong client partnership. You’ll act as a vital bridge between clients, sales, editorial, and internal marketing functions to deliver high-impact, customer-centric campaigns across our Impact Solutions portfolio. As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will ensure strong client management focus and effective relationships with regionally-focused sales and commercial editorial teams as well as other marketing colleagues. Your main goal will be to support business growth and retention of our commercial products for the region.
Must have:
  • Act as a strategic partner to Sales and other internal teams
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, participating in proposals and pitches
  • Lead development of marketing narratives, campaign reporting, and stakeholder updates
  • Provide input into product development, pricing, and go-to-market planning
  • Support marketing strategy and performance tracking aligned with revenue goals
  • Champion collaboration across marketing teams, driving continuous improvement and best practices

As a Senior Marketing Manager will be part of the Client Fulfilment Marketing team which is responsible to define, plan, manage and deliver the marketing for curated products and solutions Springer Nature creates on behalf of a wide range of global clients.

We are looking for an experienced manager to join a dynamic team and be a client advocate.

In this role, you will ensure strong client management focus and effective relationships with regionally-focused sales and commercial editorial teams as well as other marketing colleagues.

Your main goal will be to support business growth and retention of our commercial products for the region through marketing initiatives that highlight our capabilities and solutions for the scientific community and capitalise on our brand position. You will have excellent organisational and client management skills and a proven record of collaboratively delivery of successful marketing programmes.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic partner to Sales and other internal teams to support client-focused marketing initiatives

Experience, Skills & Qualifications:

Essential

  • Proven experience in strategic marketing and client relationship management
  • Strong digital marketing, project management, and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation abilities
  • Comfortable working in matrixed, cross-functional environments
  • Marketing qualifications or equivalent experience

Desirable

  • Arabic language skills
  • Experience within the publishing industry
