The role demands a strong data analysis background and proven success in optimizing onboarding funnels and user retention within high-growth environments.
Must have:

Mistplay is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Senior Product Manager II, specializing in Growth, to join our Consumer Product Management team. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Growth Product, this person will have a keen focus on optimizing the user onboarding funnel and refining Mistplay's user journey to drive growth and engagement.

What You'll Be Doing:
Lead the charge in setting, tracking, and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) related to user onboarding and engagement.
Identify and build products, programs and experiments that improve conversion and drive key business metrics.
Cultivate a deep understanding of the user journey and identify methods to enhance the user experience, specifically focusing on the onboarding funnel.
Develop and drive initiatives to boost user engagement and growth, leveraging user insights and analytical data to make informed decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and data science, to implement highly effective onboarding and user retention strategies.
Utilize A/B testing tools and analytics to continuously measure and optimize the user onboarding process.
Keep a close eye on industry and competitor trends to identify growth opportunities and come up with innovative solutions that align with Mistplay's business model.
Regularly present compelling narratives about product performance, strategic shifts, and growth initiatives to internal stakeholders.
Utilize data and customer feedback to prioritize resources and quantify impacts.
What We’re Looking For:
7+ years of product management experience in high-growth companies, with focused experience in growth/user acquisition roles.
Detail oriented and execution driven.
Strong presentation and communication skills
Proven track record in optimizing user onboarding funnels and improving user retention.
Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and A/B testing.
Excellent leadership and team collaboration skills with a history of working closely with cross-functional teams.
Deep understanding of user experience design principles and a passion for creating engaging, user-centric products.
Familiarity with agile/scrum methodologies and comfort in a fast-paced, iterative development environment.
We are initially focusing on the Toronto Market, as the pod you will be working with for the onboarding & growth initiatives are all based in our Toronto office.
$110,000 - $150,000 a year
This level of position comes with a 10% Annual bonus.
*Salary band is estimate, salary offered may vary based on internal team comparisons, candidate experience, &/or the final level in our career architecture.
