JOB OVERVIEW

Plan A Technologies is looking for a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee complex projects within the gaming industry, including collaborations with lotteries and governmental gaming agencies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in digital and cloud-based project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within scope.

Please note: you must have at least 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager within the gaming industry to be considered for this role.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

• Lead end-to-end project management for gaming-related initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including stakeholders from lotteries and governmental agencies, to define project scopes and objectives.
• Utilize Smartsheet and Azure DevOps for project planning, tracking, and reporting.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.

EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience within the gaming industry.
• Experience working with lotteries or governmental gaming agencies is preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience managing digital or cloud-based projects. PMP Certification is required.
• Proficiency in Smartsheet and Azure DevOps is preferred.
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
• Knowledge of the full product development cycle, from pre-sales to post-production support.
• Experience managing and organizing several work streams with different priorities.
• Experience allocating teams to complete projects within timeline, budget, and scope.
• Experience creating, monitoring, and updating project plans.
• Experience removing roadblocks and mitigating identified risks.
• Experience in creating and maintaining documentation: Solution Requirements, backlog items in the form of user stories and acceptance criteria, and use cases.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies, SAFe, and Kanban.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Cultural awareness and openness to diversity.
• Have solid written and verbal English skills.
• Ability to work with engineers in multiple countries.
• Must have an organized and analytical working style, and the ability to plan your own work.
• Initiative and drive to do great things.
