Role Summary:
As a Senior Project & Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of technical and sustainability-related initiatives. You will lead complex projects with minimal supervision, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory frameworks such as ISSB and CSRD. Your expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, combined with strong proficiency in MS Project and Excel, will be key to delivering high-impact outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Scheduling & Execution: Develop and manage detailed project schedules for assigned initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Scope & Framework Alignment: Monitor project scope and deliverables to ensure compliance with sustainability frameworks (e.g., ISSB, CSRD).
- Budget & Investment Tracking: Maintain and report on project budgets, including sustainability-related investments and cost controls.
- Documentation & Reporting: Create comprehensive documentation to support disclosures, performance tracking, and audit readiness.
- Risk Management: Conduct risk assessments with a focus on environmental and reputational risks; implement mitigation strategies.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Organize and lead cross-functional meetings, facilitating collaboration across sustainability, finance, and operations teams.
- Change Management: Implement scope changes effectively in response to regulatory updates or strategic shifts.
- Governance & Standards Compliance: Ensure adherence to internal project management and reporting standards.
- Leadership Communication: Assist in preparing high-quality reports and presentations for senior leadership and external stakeholders.
About You:
- 5+ years of experience in customer-facing software project management
- Strong command of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Proficient in MS Project, Excel, and other project management tools
- PMP Certification is highly preferred
- Proven ability in:
- Project scheduling and documentation
- Budget management and financial reporting
- Stakeholder coordination and communication
- Risk assessment and change implementation
