We are looking for an experienced senior HR recruiter to join our client team, who specializes in tech hiring within the data analytics domain. This role requires a dynamic individual with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills who can deliver exceptional talent acquisition solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for tech roles in data analytics and AI, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and stakeholders.
  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates to meet future hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to define role requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Handle recruitment for HR and finance profiles as needed.
  • Conduct interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, cultural fit, and alignment with role expectations.
  • Negotiate offers, manage the onboarding process, and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Provide data-driven insights on recruitment metrics and strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of proven experience in tech hiring, with a strong focus on the data analytics domain.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management abilities, with experience collaborating with senior leadership.
  • Hands-on experience managing recruitment for HR and finance profiles.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
