Education: B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or an equivalent technical qualification

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Front-End Developer with over 6 years of experience, specializing in React.js and with proven mobile development (React Native) expertise. The ideal candidate is a seasoned engineer who can lead front-end initiatives, design robust UI architectures, and build scalable web and mobile applications. Familiarity with Angular, Node.js, or TypeScript is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design & development of responsive web and mobile applications using React.js
• Drive UI architecture decisions, ensuring high performance, scalability, and maintainability
• Build reusable front-end components and libraries
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Implement best practices in UI/UX, performance optimization, and cross-platform compatibility
• Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews
• Integrate with RESTful APIs and manage data flows efficiently
• Demonstrates accountability and sound decision making to deliver high quality results efficiently.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (B.Tech / B.E.) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or an equivalent technical qualification.
• 6+ years of hands-on front-end development experience
• Expertise in React.js, TypeScript, and Next.js
• Mobile development experience (React Native, Flutter, or other hybrid frameworks)
• Solid skills in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3
• Experience with responsive design and mobile-first development
• Familiarity with Git and modern development workflows

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with Angular
• Backend exposure with Node.js (Express.js)
• Experienced with modern web development tools and frameworks - tRPC, Prisma ORM, Turborepo, and Docker.
• Knowledge of UI frameworks (e.g., Material UI, Tailwind CSS, Ant Design)
• Understanding of testing tools (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress)
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
