The Services Engineer will be the primary technical contact for designated customers, focusing on service-related activities. Key responsibilities include providing expertise on Adtran equipment (DWDM, Network Manager, and Access Ethernet Synchro), conducting product introductions, managing technical interfaces for product homologations and trials, integrating products into customer networks (including commissioning, configuration, and testing), supervising service partners, providing on-site and remote technical support, creating detailed documentation, and delivering product training. The role also involves network lifecycle support, including upgrades and audits, and participation in technical meetings. The role requires territory mobility and may include weekend and out-of-hours work.
