Job Description

As a Moldflow Analyst, you will execute Moldflow analysis of various connection systems products using Moldflow software and provide recommendations for product optimization. You will work closely with product engineers and collaborate with global teams to deliver qualitative analysis reports and recommendations on time, ensuring product optimization deadlines are met and customer requirements are achieved.

Must Have:

Build and simulate products for Moldflow simulation.
Analyze Moldflow simulation results and generate reports.
Provide recommendations to product engineers for optimization.
Collaborate with product engineers to achieve product optimization.
Plan and finalize analysis processes.
Ensure timely delivery of reports.
Continuously improve project execution efficiency.
Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical / Plastics / Masters in Plastics / Tooling.
Minimum 2 years of automotive Moldflow analysis experience.
Hands-on skills in Moldflow / Moldex software.
Proven skills in Automotive connector / Automotive Product validation.
Basic knowledge in product concepts.
Strong foundation in Plastic material properties, part design, mold design, and injection molding.
Competence in manufacturing / tooling.

About Position

As a Moldflow Analyst you will execute Moldflow analysis of various connection systems products using Moldflow software and give recommendation to the product engineer for product optimization. You have to work closely with product engineers and collaborate with the team in delivering qualitative analysis reports and recommendations on time. You will collaborate with our Product Engineering team located globally in order to deliver the analysis requirements on time in achieving the goals of the organization in meeting the customer requirements.

Job responsibilities

Build and simulate the product for Moldflow simulation and analyze the results.
Generate reports and discuss with product engineers on the results and share recommendations.
Continuously collaborate with product engineer to ensure the expected product optimization achieved.
Closely communicate and follow-up to ensure the project completion.
Plan the analysis process and finalize in discussion with the team leader.
Ensure the delivery of the reports on time in order to meet the product optimization deadlines.
Continuously work on project execution efficiency and effectiveness improvements.

Your background

Qualified with Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical / Plastics / Masters in Plastics / Tooling
Minimum 2 years or more in automotive Moldflow analysis experience.
Hands on skills in Moldflow analysis using Moldflow / Moldex software.
Proven skills in Automotive connector / Automotive Product validation.
Basic knowledge in product concepts.
Stronger foundation in Plastic material properties, Plastic part design, Plastic mold design & Injection molding knowledge.
Competence in manufacturing / Tooling.
