Plan, initiate, and manage information technology (IT) projects. Lead and guide the work of technical staff. Serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects. Plan project stages and assess business implications for each stage. Monitor progress to assure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met. Build features that give Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) customers control over their experience with our various products and tools, including management of accounts, projects, members, permissions, etc. Ensure that the right people have access to the right tools in a simple yet secure manner. Create a frictionless and reliable experience enabling customers to have the tools and information that they need to work efficiently. Research, design, develop, and test Autodesk’s cloud ecosystems. Manage project execution by setting operational specifications, formulate, and analyze software requirements. Design embedded systems software. Research, conceive, design, and develop and test features that give customers controls within the ACC platform. Develop or update project plans for information technology projects including information such as project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, schedules, funding, and staffing. Collaborate with a variety of teams in Autodesk Construction Solutions, both domestic and abroad. Confer with project personnel to identify and resolve problems. Write unit / integration tests to achieve a better and more robust code. Take an active role in code reviews, pull requests, get your own code reviewed by the team and become a better developer overall. Set and maintain high coding standards during feature development, ensuring adherence to quality standards. Must be available to work on projects at various, unanticipated sites throughout the United States. Telecommuting is permitted.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in an IT/computer software-related occupation. Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $164,715 - $180,000 / per year. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
