Job Description
The Senior Technical Architect will be responsible for executing the architectural vision for IT systems through complex projects, ensuring alignment with enterprise blueprints. The role involves developing technology roadmaps, staying updated with emerging technologies, and recommending business directions. The architect will design modern data architectures, considering various data sources and processing infrastructure. They will establish comprehensive data management procedures, including data virtualization and data democratization. The architect will foster a culture of data governance and design data architecture to facilitate advanced analytics and insights. The responsibilities also include 12+ years' experience in Data Management, Big Data, and/or Public Cloud, ETL – Talend, AWS. Also includes technical expertise in the financial services industry and/or regulatory environments, and experience with migrating on-prem applications to Cloud Architectures or developing cloud native applications for any of the following: AWS, Azure, GCP, OpenShift.
Must have:
- 12+ years' experience in Data Management and Big Data
- Expertise in ETL – Talend and AWS
- Technical expertise in the financial services industry
- Experience with cloud native solutions
- Proficiency in programming languages like Java, Python
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Management and prioritization skills
Good to have:
- Experience with Big Data technologies
- Knowledge of Java and Python
- Experience with migrating on-prem applications to Cloud

Compensation and Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
