Synechron is seeking a talented Solution Architect specialized in Generative AI (GenAI) with extensive experience in Contact Center solutions. The role involves designing, implementing, and overseeing AI-driven solutions to improve contact center operations, customer engagement, and workflows. Responsibilities include developing strategic recommendations for business growth, ensuring solutions align with organizational technology strategy, monitoring initiative effectiveness, participating in stakeholder interviews, documenting requirements, and developing technical roadmaps and architectural standards. The candidate should be proficient in designing and implementing scalable, secure, and efficient solutions.
Must have:
  • Experience with Contact Center solutions
  • Strong knowledge in Cloud technologies, AI/ML
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, Vision, and collaboration tools
  • Exceptional PowerPoint designing and presentation skills
  • Quick and vivid learner

Our challenge

We are seeking a talented Solution Architect specialized in Generative AI (GenAI) with extensive experience in Contact Center solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing AI-driven solutions that enhance contact center operations, improve customer engagement, and optimize workflows.

Additional Information*

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Phoenix, AZ is $135k - $140k/year & benefits (see below).

The Role

Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic recommendation to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Ensure solution aligns with organizational technology strategy.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of strategic initiatives.
  • Participation in stakeholder interviews and documentation of business and technical requirements.
  • Develop and maintain technical roadmaps and architectural standards.
  • Candidate should be strong in Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient solutions to meet business.

Requirements:

  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify and prioritize technical requirements.
  • Good knowledge in Cloud technologies, AI/ML.
  • Quick and vivid learner, understand and learn Amex eco system and process.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication for technical and non-technical audiences with the ability to tailor and deliver communications to all levels of organizations from project teams to executive leadership.
  • Strong organizational, problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in the use of MS office, MS project, vision and other collaboration tools.
  • Exceptional PowerPoint designing and presentation skills.
  • Experience with Contact center.
