Job Description

Salesforce is seeking a Manager, Corporate Professional Services Sourcing to develop and execute sourcing strategies for various corporate services. This role involves managing the end-to-end procurement process, from supplier identification to contract negotiation, ensuring optimal value, quality, and delivery for professional services. The manager will oversee sourcing for employee benefits, legal, consultancy, training, and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services, requiring strong leadership and a deep understanding of the professional services landscape.

You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process, from supplier identification to contract negotiation, to ensure we get the best value, quality, and delivery for our professional services needs. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of the professional services landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Benefits: Lead the sourcing and procurement of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives. Negotiate with providers to secure competitive rates and comprehensive coverage.
  • Legal: Manage the sourcing of legal services, including external counsel, litigation support, and specialized advisory services. Develop and maintain a network of preferred legal partners.
  • Consultancy: Oversee the sourcing of a wide array of consultancy services, from management and strategy to IT and HR. Vet and select firms that align with business objectives and project requirements.
  • Training: Direct the sourcing of corporate training and development programs. This includes identifying and contracting with providers for leadership development, technical skills training, and compliance education.
  • BPO (Business Process Outsourcing): Lead the sourcing and contracting of BPO services for functions like finance, HR, and customer service. Ensure providers meet service level agreements and deliver cost-effective solutions.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related experience. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in sourcing or procurement, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role focused on corporate professional services.
