Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Software Engineer to join our software team responsible for developing and managing client software configurations and customizations. As a key member of this team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and deploy scalable, secure, and efficient software solutions that meet customer needs. Responsibilities include designing, developing, testing, and maintaining complex software configurations and customizations for clients using technologies like CI/CD/CT pipelines, Azure DevOps, Microsoft SQL Server, and SQL. You will also implement Change Management processes and stay current with emerging technologies, adopting an AI-first mindset.

Must Have:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of experience as a software engineer focusing on configuration and customization.
Strong technical skills in CI/CD/CT pipelines, Azure DevOps, Microsoft SQL Server, SQL, Change Management, Automation, Advanced Unit Testing.
Experience with Agile development methodologies and Git.
Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities:

* Strong technical skills in CI/CD/CT pipelines, Azure DevOps, Microsoft SQL Server, SQL, Change Management, Automation, Advanced Unit Testing, and customer outcomes.

* Experience working in Agile development methodologies and version control systems such as Git.

* Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies, tools, and methodologies.

* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.

* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
