  • Operate within the global commercial insurance marketplace.
  • Maintain relationships with overseas offices and clients in the US and abroad.
  • Determine scope of work and identify Marsh resources for client objectives.
  • Market US insurance programs and coordinate with overseas teams.
  • Evaluate risks and review client needs using professional experience.
  • Retain and generate new business, manage contract reviews and midterm adjustments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, and internal teams.
  • Stay informed about market changes and compliance standards.
  • 3+ years experience as an insurance broker, account manager, or commercial underwriter.
  • Obtain Property & Casualty license within 90 days of hire.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh. This role will be based in San Antonio, TX. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.This role focuses on supporting incoming multinational clients from Marsh's overseas offices who need U.S. insurance coverage. The core responsibilities will include ensuring effective onboarding, marketing, and communication with both U.S. clients and overseas teams.
