[Our Role - Microsoft Dynamic Engineer Engineer]
As part of our team, you'll be working as Sr. Engineer who shares a passion for digital business and possess exceptional technical skills. This is where the future of digital business is being realized, and you will have the opportunity to learn cutting-edge technologies and develop the most relevant future skills.
As a Sr. Engineer specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting solutions across Dynamics 365’s CRM and Finance & Operations platforms. This role demands a deep understanding of the platform, strong technical expertise, and the ability to lead and work with development teams through complex implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement Dynamics 365 Projects: Architect, design, and develop solutions leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM and Finance & Operations) to address business needs with collaborations with project manager and business stakeholders.
- Customization & Configuration: Customize and configure Dynamics 365 modules, including workflows, business rules, forms, and dashboards.
- Integration: Develop and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise applications using Power Platform, Azure Services, or custom API solutions.
- Solution Design & Architecture: Design scalable and secure solutions following Microsoft’s best practices and guidelines.
- Technical Leadership: Provide leadership and mentoring to development teams, manage technical project deliverables, and ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Troubleshooting & Support: Identify and resolve issues related to system configurations, integrations, and performance.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical recommendations, and ensure successful project delivery.
- Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including technical designs, user manuals, and deployment plans.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest Dynamics 365 and Microsoft technologies, and recommend improvements to existing systems and processes.
[Qualifications / Requirements]
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Speak English Fluently (This is a must).
- Experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and/or Finance & Operations.
- Experience leading end-to-end implementations, upgrades, and customizations in Dynamics 365.
- Proven ability to architect and design enterprise-level solutions.
- Knowledge and experience in domains such as CRM, Finance Operations, and Order Management.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Finance & Operations.
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, PowerApps, Power BI) and Azure Services.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse, CDS (Common Data Service), and integrations using Azure Function Apps, Logic Apps or Service Bus.
- Proficiency in .NET, C#, Python, JavaScript, SQL Server, and Web APIs.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of data migration and integration tools (e.g., Synapse, SSIS).
- Ability to utilize AI technologies, (e.g., Open AI, GPT, Dynamics 365 Copilot).
- Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
- Problem-solving aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Team player with a collaborative mindset.
- Effective at presenting ideas and concepts clearly.
- Experience in consulting, business analysis, artificial intelligence, or user experience is a plus.
