Product Design at Gusto is made up of over 70 creative, collaborative people who care deeply about our mission to empower small businesses and their employees. We’re a cross-functional bunch focused on Design, Research, Writing, Ops and Front-end Development who are always looking for opportunities to build understanding and empathy for the people who use Gusto. As a Staff Product Designer on Consumer Money, you’ll shape the future of our business by designing new 0–1 financial products that will help workers thrive financially. You’ll craft intuitive, high-quality experiences, balancing rapid experimentation with thoughtful design. You’ll be responsible for both building brand-new experiences as well as guiding the work of our external partners, often charting new paths where none exist. Working closely with cross-functional partners across Product, Engineering, and BizDev, you’ll influence strategy, drive alignment, and deliver exceptional outcomes in ambiguous, fast-moving spaces.
