1. Interface with the character art pipeline, covering the entire process including model topology, material production, character assembly, animation design, skinning and rigging, and expression production.
2. For the exaggerated shapes and proportional characteristics unique to ACG characters, optimize skinning weight distribution, bone hierarchy, and design expression controllers and deformation solutions that match the character's personality.
3. Customize character production standards, combine ACG style rendering requirements and expression performance characteristics, and collaboratively optimize the performance of character assets in the Unreal Engine.
4. Build the character production pipeline, continuously research and introduce new skinning, rigging, and expression production technologies suitable for ACG characters, and improve R&D efficiency through tool development (Python/Mel scripts, engine plugins).
1. Possess good aesthetic ability and art foundation, have a deep understanding of ACG style, and be able to control the dynamic performance, physical beauty, and facial expressions of characters after skinning from an artistic perspective.
2. Familiar with the entire 3D character production process, proficient in skinning and rigging technology, skilled in using tools like Maya for bone setup, weight painting, and controller design.
3. Possess practical experience in character expression production, able to handle complex character structures and diverse expression requirements. Experience in ACG character production is preferred.
4. Have experience with Unreal Engine, deeply understand the driving principles of skinning animation and expression data in the engine, and master the interaction logic of materials, blueprints, and skinning/expression systems.
5. Have a strong sense of responsibility, a willingness to learn new technologies, stay updated on cutting-edge skinning, rigging, and expression production technologies in the industry, possess team spirit and good communication skills.
