Summary

The Supervisor, Licensing will be responsible for the Home Category in the Central Southern Andean (CSA) region. Key responsibilities include coordinating CSA agencies to ensure high-quality, consumer-focused product lines, achieving fiscal results, identifying market gaps and opportunities, and collaborating with global/regional product development teams. This role requires working with local teams to find new business opportunities, developing long-term strategies, and acting as a liaison between regional licensees. The position involves defining category strategies, analyzing business opportunities, ensuring correct market segmentation, and implementing strategic licensee development, while adhering to company policies and projects. Achieving revenue goals for the CSA region and FY budget by territory is paramount.

How you will contribute to our magical experience?:

In this role you will be the responsible for the Home Category in CSA ( Central Southern Andean). The main responsibility will be to coordinate CSA agencies to ensure the highest quality, consumer focused, trend right product lines across all CSA Markets, and responsible for the fiscal results of the category.
The Home Supervisor will report to the CSA Commercial Head.

In order to achieve the revenue goals the position will have to identify gaps and opportunities in each territory and coordinate not only the day-to-day issues of the agencies across the region but also work hand in hand with the global / regional product development teams to explore new products suited to the region.

Besides, this position will have to work in liaison with the local teams to find new players and to identify new unexplored opportunities to cover more and more segments and products, developing a long term and sustainable business.

This position is strategic, tactical and operational.

  • Achieving the commercial goals (revenue) for the CSA region and for the FY budget by territory.
  • Define strategies by category and subcategory in CSA to achieve goals and objectives. Identify commercial opportunities with the local teams and support accordingly our brands (Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Lucas, ESPN, Nat Geo & Fox):
  • Identify and evaluate business opportunities by country.
  • Analyze and support the decision-making process (business plans, product development, commercialization, etc)
  • Assure correct segmentation in line with the strategy of the territory (properties, distribution channels, type of products)
  • Act as liaison between regional licensees to assure a standardized product execution across the region and the strategic positioning of each licensee in the market, maximizing its potential in each territory.
  • Define, lead and collaborate in the development and implementation of each strategic licensee and contribute with the  alignment on regional Company´s policies and projects.
  • Define the category strategy in order to maximize company/product strengths and business opportunities.

What we need from you to be part of this story:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Financial areas, Marketing, Business innovation or related field.
  • At least 2 years at product management, licensing or commercialization areas.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, PP, Word is required.
  • Good level of English is required.
  • Full capabilities in administration & control, good verbal and communication skills, teamwork, excellent organizational skills, multi-tasking abilities, versatile, positive and with proactive and change driven attitude.
