These attributes ensure effective communication, allowing customers to support their communities and operations with complete confidence. ## Job Description * Maintenance and installation: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, and conduct installations and replacements of components and equipment. * Monitoring and remote support - NOC: Perform monitoring, incident ticket handling, diagnosis, and resolution of failures in video system devices – level 1. * Customer Support and Operation: Understand Customer Service Management (CSM) needs and offer proactive support in operations to ensure customer satisfaction. * Call and Ticket Management: Be responsible for opening, processing, and controlling the flow of support requests and tickets. * Report Preparation: Prepare corrective and preventive maintenance reports, system reports, and operational procedures. ## Basic Requirements Mandatory Requirements: * Education: Technical degree in Telecommunications, Electrical, Electronics, or Networks. * CFT (Federal Council of Industrial Technicians registration). * NR10 and NR35 (Safety Regulations). * Valid Driver's License: Category B. * Availability for Travel: 25% to 50% of the period (Vitória/ES base). * Experience in Video, Electrical, Towers, and Structured Cabling Infrastructure. * Experience with CCTV, Alarm Center, Monitoring System and Access Control. * Experience with fiber optics. * Experience in NOC and monitoring systems. * Knowledge in IP Networks, Network Design, and Troubleshooting: Ethernet, TCP/IP, L2/L3, MPLS. * Proficiency in Office Suite and/or Google Workspace. Desirable Requirements * Knowledge of Motorola Solutions Products (Compass, Vigilant, Avigilon, Pelco, and/or Indigo). * Knowledge of Zabbix. * Cloud Concepts: Azure Certification or equivalent. * Concepts for Operating System Configuration: Unix, Linux, and Windows Server. * Concepts of Server Installation and Maintenance. * Concepts in APCO 25 and Dimetra. * English: Basic conversation and writing. * ITIL Certification.
