Strong system/networking concepts: Sockets, Multi-threading, thread priorities, mutex.
Working knowledge of mobile application development environments like Android, iOS.

Self-motivated, able to thrive in challenging environments and collaborate with the team.
Willingness to grasp and share knowledge.

Must Have:

Proficiency in Telecom Domain with hands-on experience developing mobile applications.
Experience with C, C++, multithreading, and data structures on VoIP solutions (SIP, RTP, RTCP, TCP/UDP, H264 protocol, codecs).
Skills in leaks and crash analysis, thread management, iOS categories, notifications, and design patterns.
Experience with client-server interaction.
4-6 years of experience in C, C++, multithreading, data structures on VoIP solutions.
Full understanding of compile/build tools in Linux or Windows environments.
