WHAT YOU’LL BRING?
· A Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology or similar fields)
· At least 2 years of experience in recruitment—preferably within technology companies.
· A strong passion for team building and working with people.
· Ability to handle a high volume of applications with a well-organized and professional approach.
· Curiosity and motivation to learn and grow continuously.
· Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to understand people’s needs and expectations.
· Clear and confident communication skills to express ideas effectively.
