Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of recruitment, including coordinating interview schedules, conducting on-site interviews, and coordinating pre-hire activities. You will be leading recruitments in Colombia, focusing on finding and engaging with the best talent for Game Presenter roles. You will consult with hiring managers to understand their needs, identify and utilize the best recruitment channels, and actively source candidates. You will also be responsible for setting up and maintaining recruitment systems.

Must Have:

6 months to 1 years of proven hands-on experience in massive recruitment
Previous experience in high-volume recruiting
Excellent verbal and written communication English skills
Excellent organization skills
Awareness of labor market trends, recruitment channels in Colombia
Passion for massive talent attraction and recruitment
Achievement-oriented attitude
Willingness to progress and develop a career within the company

Job Description

We are now looking for an experienced and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team!
The Talent Acquisition specialist will be responsible for coordinating interview schedules, conducting on-site interviews, and coordinating pre-hire activities. You would be trusted with leading the recruitments in Colombia.

Manage full life cycle of the massive recruitment process for our Game Presenters roles.
Identify and engage with the best talent on the market
Consult with hiring managers to understand and assess hiring needs
Find the best possible channels and activities for talent acquisition purposes;
Take part in active massive sourcing
Set up and maintain recruitment systems

Qualifications

6 months to 1 years of proven hands-on experience in massive recruitment
Previous experience in high-volume recruiting
Excellent verbal and written communication Enlgish skills
Excellent organization skills
Awareness of labor market trends, recruitment channels in Colombia
Passion for massive talent attraction and recruitment
