This role is within Experian's Human Resources department, which manages human capital aligned with strategic objectives and corporate values. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead talent attraction, ensuring candidates reflect Experian's culture and values. Responsibilities include end-to-end recruitment for key positions, implementing sourcing strategies, applying assessments, and acting as a strategic partner to hiring managers. The role also involves monitoring KPIs, promoting DEI, optimizing tech tools, and coordinating onboarding, all while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

  • Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers.
  • Coordinate interviews, feedback, and candidate communication.
  • Measure and improve selection process Net Promoter Score (NPS).
  • Monitor area KPIs (time-to-hire, quality of hire, offer acceptance rate, etc.).
  • Promote Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) practices.
  • Optimize use of technological tools (ATS, CRM, AI).
  • Participate in regional talent projects.
  • Strengthen talent pipeline through university and professional community relations.
  • Conduct market studies and benchmarking to anticipate trends.
  • Coordinate onboarding of new employees.

Job description

The Human Resources area is responsible for managing the organization's human capital, aligning its actions with Experian's strategic objectives and corporate values. It is made up of four key managements that comprehensively support the area's processes: Talent & Development, Compensation, Benefits & SSC, Communications & Well-being, and HR Business Partners (HRBP’s).

Purpose of the role:

Lead talent attraction aligned with the organization's vision, mission, and needs, ensuring that candidates reflect our values and culture. This role guarantees quality in selection processes and a positive candidate experience, in line with The Experian Way..

Deliverables:

1. Timely closure of active positions, complying with global KPIs.

2. Evaluation and assessment of candidates according to business needs.

3. Design and execution of Onboarding, Employer Branding, Talent Pool, and other role-related initiatives.

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Design and lead the regional talent attraction and selection strategy.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for key positions (senior, leadership, operational).
  • Implement sourcing strategies in databases, professional networks, and target companies.
  • Apply assessments, technical, and psychometric tests according to the required profile.
  • Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, facilitating business-aligned decisions.
  • Coordinate interviews, feedback, and communication with candidates, including formal closures.
  • Measure and improve the Net Promoter Score (NPS) of the selection process.
  • Monitor area KPIs (time-to-hire, quality of hire, offer acceptance rate, etc.).
  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) practices in all processes.
  • Optimize the use of technological tools (ATS, CRM, AI).
  • Participate in regional talent projects (digitalization, continuous improvement, organizational culture).
  • Strengthen the talent pipeline through relationships with universities and professional communities.
  • Conduct market studies and benchmarking to anticipate trends.
  • Coordinate the onboarding of new employees together with support areas and leaders.

Education: Professional in Psychology, business administration, or similar careers.

Experience: 4 years of experience in candidate search and selection processes in multinational or national companies with more than 500 employees, with high demand for technology, digital, and Analytics positions.

Required technical knowledge:

  • Demonstrable experience as a recruitment specialist, recruiter, or similar position
  • Practical experience with major job portals, such as LinkedIn or similar.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
  • Notable interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Team spirit and collaboration
