Job Description

Paytm is seeking a Team Lead for Field Sales in Bareilly. The role involves managing sales enrollments and performance within the city, identifying prospective customers through market research, and motivating the sales team. Responsibilities include ensuring consistent team presence in the market for enrollments and usage, building and maintaining relationships with key clients, and managing sales categories from qualification to closure. The ideal candidate will have good networking capabilities, be willing to travel extensively, and possess experience in handling a sales team of at least 5 members.

  • Team market presence for enrollments/usage
  • Good networking capabilities
  • Willing to travel extensively
  • Manage geographic sales area for maximization
  • Build key contact person database
  • Build and maintain client relationships
  • Manage Category leads from qualification to closure

  • Post Graduation preferred

Education
Graduate or above / Post Graduation preferred.

Job Descriptions-

 Responsible for the Sales enrollments/Sales in the city.
 Do the market race and prepare the list of prospective customers.
 Handle the Team Members and motivate them for better sales.
 Ensure the team members are in market where enrollments & usage are done regularly.
 Should have good networking capabilities and be willing to travel extensively throughout their specified areas

Key Role:
 
 Manage an assigned geographic sales area to maximize sales target and meet corporate.
 Objectives Build Database of key contact persons in the assigned geography.
 Build and maintain relationships with key client personnel Manage Category leads from qualification to closure.
