Your daily life

At the heart of the PACA region's Silicon Valley, our site brings together our activities developing cutting-edge sonars for submarines and surface vessels, as well as digital services activities. A pioneer in the field of simulation products, the site mobilizes in-depth expertise in acoustics and signal processing.

Within the Offers & Quotes department of the Industrial Competence Center, the Team Leader, in coordination with the Industrial Architect, must define the best industrial response concerning industrialization, series production, and industrial transfer activities (in France and abroad) for Submarine Products, Sonars, and Mine Warfare, and is responsible for functionally managing the Offer and Quote activities for PACA (Sophia-Antipolis and Gémenos).

Your missions:

Quoting axis:

• co-construct industrial quotes (series production cost and associated industrial tool development cost).
• identify cost drivers in product and process functions.
• ensure consistency between these quotes and the expenses reported by the series production and industrialization entities.
• contribute to the cost optimization approach with industrial project leaders

Team and business animation axis:

• organize the costing activity for the PACA scope and monitor performance KPIs
• identify and share difficult points with other Team Leaders and the Quote Manager.
• animate the various local instances.
• in conjunction with the multi-site team, contribute to strengthening the Offers & Quotes profession.
• Be the local representative of the National Offer & Quote Manager at the Business Line interfaces

Your profile

Do you want to work in a demanding industrial environment on complex products?

Do you want to collaborate with multi-business and multi-engineering teams (Hardware, software, etc.)?

With an Engineering background, you have experience in:

• Team management
• Processing and formatting financial and technical data
• Capitalization construction
• Preparation of balance sheets and summaries
• Industrial experience
