N-iX seeks an experienced Tech Executive Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle globally, focusing on challenging technical roles in software development, data, DevOps, architecture, and project management. Responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to define needs, utilize diverse sourcing strategies, conduct interviews, ensure a positive candidate experience, provide market insights, and maintain accurate candidate records. The ideal candidate will possess 3+ years of full-cycle tech recruiting experience, including international recruitment, strong IT knowledge, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.

As our company is actively growing, we are looking for an experienced Tech Executive Recruiter to join our Executive Recruitment Team. In this role, you'll manage the full recruitment process, from sourcing to hiring across the globe,, focusing primarily on challenging technical roles  in software development, data, DevOps, architecture, product & project management, and so on. 

Furthermore, you build a strong relationship with hiring managers, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and aligning recruitment efforts with our business needs.

Duties and responsibilities (what you do):

  • Partner with  hiring managers  to  define hiring needs and develop candidate profiles
  • Utilize creative and diverse sourcing strategies to attract top-tier tech talent in different countries
  • Lead the  recruitment process for different tech positions, from sourcing to offer acceptance
  • Conduct interviews and ensure a smooth and efficient candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the hiring managers, providing market insights, competitive intelligence, and data-driven recruitment strategies tailored to the labor market.
  • Communicate transparently with candidates, keeping them informed about their status and next steps
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to make strategic recommendations for attracting top talent in different countries.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.

Qualifications or performance standards (how you do it):

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for tech roles, including technical leadership and tech niche roles 
  • 1+ years of experience in international recruitment  and  closing vacancies in  different countries
  • Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends in software development, data & analytics,  DevOps, cloud, and technology consulting.. 
  • Ability to look beyond technical skills to identify candidates who align with our culture and values.
  • Upper-Intermediate + level of English 
  • Effective negotiation, influencing, and communication skills with the ability to develop and build relationships with  hiring managers  and candidates 
  • Ability to deliver challenging recruitment projects on time
  • Experience using sourcing tools to find active and passive candidate
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
  • Readiness to work in various time zones according to the candidates' time zone
  • Open-minded, continuous learner

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understanding the employment process in various countries, collaboration options, and readiness to consult candidates on these topics
  • Deep expertise  in closing vacancies in data &  analytics, architecture, embedded and technology consulting ,and technology leadership roles
