Job Description

This position offers the opportunity to significantly improve patient care by leveraging technical expertise and providing exemplary service to medical professionals, including doctors, biomedical engineers, and radiographers. Key responsibilities involve comprehensive maintenance (preventive, corrective, quality controls) and installation of advanced medical imaging equipment such as CT, MRI, and IGT systems. The role also includes training users on equipment operation and upgrades, ensuring meticulous information transmission for all interventions, and actively collaborating with sales teams to effectively address client needs. This is a field-based role in the South-East region of France, requiring frequent travel and an ideal base in Marseille or Avignon.
Must have:
  • Intervene at client sites for preventive maintenance, quality controls, corrective maintenance, and assembly/installation on medical imaging equipment (Scanner, MRI, IGT).
  • Train users on equipment handling and upgrades.
  • Ensure the transmission of information related to your interventions.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to meet client needs.

Job Details

This position offers you the opportunity to contribute to improving patient care through your technical expertise and exemplary service to doctors, biomedical engineers, and radiographers.

Your main missions are:

  • Intervene at client sites for preventive maintenance, quality controls, corrective maintenance, and assembly/installation on our medical imaging equipment (Scanner, MRI, IGT).
  • Train users on equipment handling and upgrades.
  • Ensure the transmission of information related to your interventions.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to meet client needs.

You will be part of a regional team of technical managers working on different equipment ranges.

You will interact daily with sales and clinical teams, focused on listening to the needs of doctors and hospital staff.

Position ideally based in Marseille or Avignon. Frequent travel expected in the South-East sector.

Your assets to succeed in this position

  • Biomedical or electronic BTS/License/Master.
  • 2 years of experience in maintenance of medical equipment/devices.
  • Autonomous, rigorous, and good analytical mind.
  • Adaptability to change.
  • Advanced computer skills.
  • Good level required in English as well as French.

  • Higher education, biomedical or technical.
  • First experience in electronic equipment maintenance, ideally in a hospital environment.
  • Strong customer orientation, autonomy, and organization.
  • Excellent communication skills and good team spirit.

Our way of working,

We believe that we are more effective together than remotely. For our office-based teams, this means working in person at least 3 days a week.

On-site roles require full-time presence at company premises.

Field roles are primarily performed outside company facilities, generally at client or supplier sites.
