Job Description

Hogarth, part of WPP, is a global content production company partnering with top brands. This Trainee Admin role in Madrid provides administrative support to the events team, managing databases, coordinating logistics, preparing documents, and assisting with inventory. It requires strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a proactive attitude to work in a dynamic environment.

Must Have:
  • Provide administrative support to the events team
  • Manage and update databases of suppliers, clients, and collaborators
  • Collaborate in the logistical coordination of events (space rentals, service providers, catering, transportation, etc.)
  • Support in the preparation of documents such as contracts, budgets, and purchase orders
  • Follow up with suppliers and collaborators to ensure the delivery of materials and services within established deadlines
  • Assist in the management of inventory and materials needed for events
  • Participate in team meetings
  • Coordinate various administrative tasks, such as managing emails, phone calls, and organizing physical and digital files
  • Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Proactive attitude and ability to work independently or in a team
  • Good command of office tools (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good verbal and written communication
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a changing environment
