In this role, you’ll support our pharmaceutical client’s marketing campaigns across email, SMS/MMS, and push notifications targeting both B2C and B2B audiences. This position blends project management, marketing execution, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure high-quality campaigns that meet business objectives. You’ll work closely with internal teams, agencies, and compliance partners to manage timelines, coordinate deliverables, and uphold regulatory standards.
CRM Project Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Coordinate CRM marketing campaigns from planning through execution, ensuring deadlines and compliance standards are met.
- Partner with design teams, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders to create and deliver campaign assets.
- Manage approvals through Veeva Vault and ensure regulatory, medical, legal, and compliance requirements are met.
- Proof and QA campaigns before deployment, and keep stakeholders (including call center teams) informed.
- Track project progress, prepare status updates, and maintain accurate documentation.
CRM Project Coordinator Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, or pharma.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple campaigns.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (analytics, legal/regulatory, brand, engineering).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint required); experience with Jira, Contentful, Figma, Workfront, or Veeva is a plus.
- Self-starter with integrity, a positive attitude, and excellent communication skills.
