Job Description

The Project Analyst will be responsible for highly complex tasks, guiding and reviewing operational activities related to structuring, managing, and monitoring action plans. This role involves critically analyzing complex project issues, proposing solutions, and implementing process improvements. Key duties include evaluating project resources, organization, and deadlines, as well as developing and overseeing various project plans, from short-term PMB to long-term tactical planning and supply chain management. The analyst will also recommend strategies, optimize scope, and promote best practices.

Must Have:

Guide and review operational activities related to project structuring, management, and monitoring of action plans.
Perform critical analysis of complex project problems and propose solutions.
Implement improvements in project standards and processes.
Critically analyze projects, evaluating resources, organization, and deadlines.
Prepare, monitor, re-evaluate, and replan team activities and resource planning.
Recommend execution strategies, technologies, and optimize project scope and duration.
Promote new technologies and best practices.
Manage and monitor project demands including PMB, Tactical Planning, UMS Campaigns, and supply plans.
Graduation in Administration, Engineering, Accounting, Law, Economics, IT Analysis, or IT Administration.
Post-graduation in Project Management or related areas.

ACTIVITIES

Perform highly complex tasks, being responsible for guiding and reviewing the execution of operational activities and tasks related to the structuring, management, and monitoring of action plans, critical analysis of complex problems involving projects, with the proposal of solutions and implementation of improvements in standards and processes;
Responsible for the critical analysis of projects, evaluating whether the resources (people, time, financial resources, materials, etc...), the organization, the definition of actions and management deadlines in the operational aspects of the project teams, both in the elaboration of resource planning, and in the monitoring, re-evaluation, replanning of team activities, in addition to providing elements for the justifications of deviations, when applicable;
Recommend execution strategies and technologies, scope and duration optimization, promote the dissemination of new technologies and best practices;
Responsible for the critical analysis of the elaboration, development, management, control, revisions, and monitoring of the Executive Management's project demands, including the projectization of PMB planning (up to 90 days), Tactical Planning (18 months), UMS Campaigns, Scheduled and Unscheduled Stops, hiring plans, material supply plans, among others.

EDUCATION

Undergraduate: Administration, Engineering, Accounting, Law, Economics, Information Technology Analysis, or Information Technology Administrator or related areas;
Post-graduation: Project Management or other areas related to the specialty, provided it is validated by contractual management.
