This role involves providing professional travel support to clients via WhatsApp and phone, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable destinations, packages, and services. Responsibilities include handling bookings for flights, hotels, and insurance using systems like Sabre GDS and TBO Holidays, preparing customized travel packages, managing payments, resolving issues, and meeting sales targets. Candidates need at least two years of experience in travel, expertise in Sabre GDS and hotel booking platforms, strong English and Khaleeji/Lebanese dialect communication, and excellent customer service skills.

  • Personal travel experience is an added advantage.
  • Other languages are a plus.
Must Have:
  • Provide professional support to clients via WhatsApp and phone calls, understanding their travel needs.
  • Recommend destinations, packages, and services that match client preferences and budgets.
  • Handle bookings for flights, hotels, insurance, and related services.
  • Manage reservations using Sabre GDS (flights) and hotel systems such as TBO Holidays.
  • Prepare and present customized travel packages.
  • Oversee payments and client records with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Resolve issues, complaints, or itinerary changes in a professional manner.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales & profit targets.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a travel agency or tourism company.
  • Hands-on expertise in Sabre GDS (flight bookings).
  • Experience with hotel booking platforms (TBO Holidays or similar).
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in Khaleeji (Gulf) or Lebanese dialect for effective client interaction.
  • Excellent customer service & communication skills (mainly via phone/WhatsApp).
  • Ability to work under pressure, especially during peak travel seasons.
