You’ll also benefit from an array of advantages like access to trainings and certifications, bonuses, and aids, socializing activities, and attractive compensation.
Requirements and responsibilities
We are seeking a seasoned UAT Lead Support Engineer with Business Analyst capabilities to support the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase of a large-scale FISERV database migration program. This hybrid role will be responsible for managing and triaging user-reported issues, analyzing root causes, and ensuring seamless communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.
The ideal candidate is organized, highly analytical, and experienced in coordinating across ETL/ELT pipelines, reporting layers, and business functions. You will play a key role in supporting users during testing cycles, surfacing and tracking issues, and ensuring that they are addressed and resolved efficiently in coordination with data engineering and vendor teams.
What you’ll do
- Lead and coordinate UAT issue management, including logging, categorizing, prioritizing, and tracking tickets reported by business users.
- Act as the main point of contact between business users, reporting teams, and technical stakeholders during UAT and defect resolution phases.
- Analyze data discrepancies and issues reported in business reports, dashboards, or extracts, and determine whether they originate from upstream (ETL/ELT) or downstream systems.
- Conduct triage meetings and deep-dive discussions with upstream data providers (ETL/ELT teams from internal and vendor systems like FISERV) and downstream reporting teams.
- Communicate status, progress, and resolution plans effectively to non-technical users, ensuring transparency and timely feedback during the UAT cycle.
- Collaborate with QA teams to ensure issue replication, testing, and resolution before production sign-off.
- Maintain detailed documentation of issues, root cause findings, stakeholder decisions, and resolution paths.
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years of experience in UAT coordination, production support, or business analysis, preferably in large-scale data migration or data integration projects.
- Strong knowledge of data pipelines, ETL/ELT concepts, and the data lifecycle from ingestion to reporting.
- Excellent communication skills for interfacing with both technical teams (e.g., data engineers) and business stakeholders (e.g., report users, product owners).
- Proven experience managing ticketing workflows using tools such as JIRA, ServiceNow, or similar.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; ability to interpret report outputs and trace data issues across systems.
- Familiarity with FISERV systems and banking data, or experience working with financial services vendors is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Other preferred qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Experience supporting retail banking platforms or reporting tools in a regulated environment.
- Understanding of data governance, audit readiness, or reconciliation processes.
- Basic to intermediate skills in SQL for data validation and troubleshooting.
