University Recruiter

As a University Recruiter at Pinterest, you’ll help connect top interns and new grads with careers in software engineering, machine learning, data science, and more. Shape the early careers of tomorrow’s builders—while growing your own. What you’ll do:

• Execute full-cycle hiring—review, screen and close a high volume of technical candidates during peak seasons
• Plan and deliver events—both in-person and virtually—to reach top technical students
• Source, engage and assess students and early-career talent for internships and full-time opportunities
• Support candidates through a clear and inclusive hiring process
• Partner with hiring managers to understand and fulfill technical hiring needs
• Support intern programs each summer and jump into projects throughout the year
• Track and analyze recruiting data to improve our approach
• Balance busy recruitment seasons with thoughtful collaboration and creative problem-solving
  
  

What we're looking for:

• Expertise in university, technical or early-career recruiting
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Experience building campus relationships and planning events
• Understand applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools
• Establish partnerships and collaborate with technical and cross-functional teams
• Experience using data and feedback to inform your work
• Adaptable in high volume, fast-paced recruiting cycles and able to pivot to programming and new projects
• Committed to learning and continuous improvement

In-Office Requirement Statement:

• We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style. That means we're not always working in an office, but we continue to gather for key moments of collaboration and connection.
• This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration 1-2 times per half and therefore can be situated anywhere in the country.
