job description:

We are disrupting the puzzle games with our approach to the Match-3 genre. At Cypher, you will be responsible for our marketing strategy while managing and optimizing our UA campaigns. You will become a part of our dynamic team and accompany us in our journey to build games that are played by millions.

responsibilities:

Manage and optimize marketing campaigns and run initiatives end-to-end on all user acquisition channels
Work closely with 3rd parties such as Facebook, Google, DSPs, ad networks, etc.
Deliver new approaches based on the continuous A/B test results
Identify key growth opportunities by analyzing ads' performance
Propose and implement successful optimization strategies, and solutions based on data
Collaborate with the creative team to provide insight and help to produce new key creatives

requirements:

University degree preferably in Engineering, Statistics, or Economics
At least 2+ years of user acquisition experience in relevant sectors/fields
Data-obsession with excellent MS Excel skills
Experience with mobile advertising channels and marketing campaigns (Mobile game experience is a plus)
Expertise with marketing measurement tools such as Appsflyer or Adjust
Experience using tools such as Firebase, BigQuery, Looker, Tableau
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
A team player with excellent communication skills
