Job Description

Develop and execute user acquisition strategies for mobile and desktop games, managing ad budgets with a focus on performance and key KPIs. Launch, optimize, and scale paid campaigns across various UA channels, including video networks, DSPs, offerwalls, and affiliates. Conduct A/B tests on creatives, targeting, funnels, and offers to identify successful strategies. Analyze performance data using BI tools to gain insights and drive results. Set up and maintain tracking and attribution via MMPs. Monitor competitor strategies, trends, and benchmarks, translating insights into actionable plans. Experiment with new channels, traffic sources, and creative UA approaches. Build and maintain relationships with traffic partners. Support new game launches from soft launch through global scaling.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and execute user acquisition strategies for mobile (iOS/Android) and desktop games
  • Plan and manage ad budgets with a strong focus on performance and efficiency across key KPIs
  • Launch, optimize, and scale paid campaigns across UA channels — video networks, DSPs, offerwalls, affiliates
  • Run A/B tests on creatives, targeting, funnels, and offers — and double down on what works
  • Analyze performance data using BI tools and dashboards to uncover insights and drive results
  • Set up, verify, and maintain tracking and attribution via MMPs
  • Keep a close eye on competitor strategies, trends, and benchmarks — and turn insights into action
  • Experiment with new channels, traffic sources, and creative UA approaches
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with traffic partners (current and new)
  • Bring bold ideas and fresh hypotheses to the table — and test them fast
  • Support new launches from soft launch through global scaling

What you need to succeed:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in user acquisition for mobile or desktop games
  • Solid knowledge of video ad networks, offerwalls, and campaign optimization best practices
  • Proven experience with A/B testing, MMPs, and attribution models
  • Problem-solver with a sharp eye for detail and a growth mindset
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-project environment
