Job Description

Aeries Technology, a Nasdaq-listed global professional services and consulting partner, is seeking a Vendor Management Coordinator. This role supports the Director of Vendor Management by providing contract administration, processing purchase requisitions, and managing vendor contact information and change functions. The coordinator will interface with various departments including Finance, Accounts Payable, Product, Network Engineering, and Legal, ensuring smooth vendor operations and compliance.

Must Have:
  • Primary interface with Finance and Accounts Payables for Purchase Requisition/Order-related issues for Vendor Management and Network Ops
  • Primary point of contact for requesting and facilitation of Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements required for Vendor Management and Network Ops (IronClad)
  • Responsible for quarterly proactive reach out to vendor partners for updated contact and escalation lists.
  • Responsible for maintaining the Vendor Management SharePoint site including filing and updating tracker for all vendor notifications.
  • Responsible for distribution of vendor partner notifications to correct departments in the TPx organization.
  • Complete projects related to Vendor Management as assigned including support of initiative to move all agreements into the Workday or IronClad systems.
  • Track and submit PR requests as assigned.
  • High School Diploma
  • Two years' experience
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office especially MS Excel
  • Self-Driven, ability to work without supervision.
  • Ability to stay focused during shifting priorities.
  • Ability to learn new skills for individual projects as required.

Roles and Responsibility

General Purpose: The Vendor Management Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Director of Vendor Management by providing contract administration support, processing and managing purchase requisitions and managing vendor contact information, notifications and general vendor change management functions. The vendor management coordinator may interface with Product, Network Engineering, Network Planning, Legal, Accounting, Finance, and Accounts Payable.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Primary interface with Finance and Accounts Payables for Purchase Requisition/Order-related issues for Vendor Management and Network Ops
  • Primary point of contact for requesting and facilitation of Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements required for Vendor Management and Network Ops (IronClad)
