Playtika is seeking a VIP Account Manager for a maternity leave replacement. This role focuses on increasing player lifetime value through proactive outbound communication, building personal relationships with VIP players, and ensuring an engaging experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong multitasking, analytical, and interpersonal skills, with a data-driven and target-oriented mindset, and an interest in social gaming or online marketing.

  • Technical background (SQL, courses, relevant degree, or technological unit)
  • Focus on consumer behavior in digital entertainment/games
  • Experience in building social content
  • Experience performing in-front of a camera (acting, narrating, hosting)
  • Video editing
  • Target / Sales Driven
Must Have:
  • 2+ years of experience in customer success / customer support
  • Proven analytical competencies and data-oriented
  • Native or Mother tongue level in English

Responsibilities:

The Account Manager responsibilities will be to increase players life time value by proactive outbound communication, all to ensure a personal, engaging, and rewarding experience for our VIP players. The AM will also be in charge of building relationships with assigned VIPs and establish personal relation with our most valuable VIP customers.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High-level understanding / interest in social gaming / online marketing field.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer success / customer support - Must.
