As a Content Director at ENILIS, you will create entertainment using diverse character IPs and deliver it to many fans. You will maximize the appeal of existing IPs and create new possibilities for character IPs by planning and executing projects from scratch. After gaining sufficient experience as a content director, you can take on lead positions overseeing project content or roles in business planning, depending on your career aspirations. Responsibilities include planning streaming content, managing social media (X and TikTok), planning and editing videos for social media (cutout videos, short videos), communicating and negotiating with external stakeholders, and scheduling.
