Job Description

This role involves assessing vulnerabilities identified through infrastructure scans. The responsibilities include evaluating and performing risk assessments, prioritizing vulnerabilities, and defining remediation timelines. The candidate will collaborate with associated teams to explain vulnerabilities and remediation steps. They will be responsible for maintaining awareness of the threat landscape, creating reports, and providing analysis to technical teams and leadership. This role requires excellent written and presentation skills to effectively communicate findings and status.
Must have:
  • Daily assessment of vulnerabilities.
  • Evaluate and perform risk assessments on assets.
  • Prioritizing vulnerabilities.
  • Knowledge of application network security.
  • Experience with vulnerability scanning tools.
Good to have:
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills.
  • Experience performing dynamic and static scans.
  • Detail oriented and organized.
  • Experience with penetration testing.
  • Track trends and configure systems.

Job Description

  • Daily assessment of vulnerabilities identified by infrastructure scan   
  • Evaluate rate and perform risk assessments on assets   
  • Prioritizing vulnerabilities discovered along with remediation timeline s    
  • Work with associated teams to explain vulnerabilities and remediation steps as required    
  • Maintain knowledge of the threat landscape   
  • Create reports and provide analysis on vulnerabilities for technical teams and leadership   
  • Skill Required Knowledge of application network and operating system security   
  • Experience with vulnerability and patch assessment   
  • Linux and windows experience   
  • Good understanding of Windows and Linux patching   
  • Knowledge of vulnerability scoring systems CVSS CMSS    
  • Experience on vulnerability scanning tools   
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills are required in order to communicate findings and status
