How will your day-to-day be?

• Ensure the smooth progress of material entry and exit processes, verifying/executing specific records, aiming to facilitate consultations and inventory preparation.
• Classify, control the use, and physical disposition of spaces where materials are stored.
• Ensure strict stock control.
• Assist in organizing files, sending, and receiving documents pertinent to your area of expertise to ensure prompt data location.
• Ensure individual and collective safety, using appropriate protective equipment when performing services.
• Care for the storage, conservation, maintenance, and cleaning of equipment, instruments, and materials used, as well as the workplace.
• Stay updated on technological trends and innovations in your area of expertise and the needs of the sector/department.
• Ensure the conservation of stored material in adequate conditions, avoiding deterioration and loss.
• Strictly follow defined processes.
• Perform other related tasks.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education: High School Diploma

Experience: Minimum of six months of experience in Warehouse / Distribution and/or Logistics
