This is a 15-month hybrid contract role (3 days onsite per week) with the potential for extension.
In this role, you will be a pivotal member responsible for steering website projects and programs using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) within the Digital Marketing Platform. You’ll collaborate with diverse internal and external partners to drive business objectives for U.S. Commercial Website initiatives.
Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) experience is required.

Website Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Spearhead and manage website projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and timely delivery (website development, SEO, tagging, analytics, testing, and personalization).
- Work closely with internal brand teams, IT partners, and external agencies to execute website projects, including content updates and enhancements.
- Engage and align stakeholders through strategic insights and leadership.
- Oversee the planning and execution of digital projects, ensuring compliance and seamless integration across teams.
- Deliver clear, concise updates to stakeholders, maintaining transparency and setting expectations.
- Identify opportunities for standardization and automation to enhance efficiency.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key leaders and stakeholders across the organization.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, manage risks, and ensure projects adhere to scope and budget.
- Lead project teams to successful completion, ensuring resources are effectively utilized and lessons learned are documented.
Website Project Manager Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
- 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing and project management, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and metrics, including SEO and analytics.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
