This is a working student position within the Finance team, offering hands-on experience in financial processes. The role involves supporting month-end closings, maintaining controlling processes, assisting with Accounts Payable, preparing revenue reconciliation, managing documentation, and collaborating on financial projects. This position will give you the opportunity to streamline internal processes and contribute to the success of an innovative product.

Must have:

Currently enrolled in university, studying Finance or related field.
Excellent communication skills, proficient in English.

Good to have:

Previous experience in a finance team.
Basic understanding of Moss or similar platforms.
Strong proficiency in Excel.
Good time-management skills

We are looking for a Working student to join our growing Finance team. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience in financial processes. You will play an important role in streamlining internal processes, gaining exposure to financial systems and contributing to the success of an innovative product.

Job responsibilities

Support with financial month-end closings, ensuring accuracy
Maintain and update controlling processes
Review and support Accounts Payable (AP) Management processes
Prepare and assist in Dunning and Revenue Reconciliation
Manage and organize documentation of internal financial processes
Collaborate with team members on ad-hoc financial projects and reporting tasks

The experience we hope you bring to JustPlay

You are currently enrolled at a university, studying Finance, Accounting, or a related field, and have completed foundational coursework in these areas
You have excellent communication skills, with strong written and spoken proficiency in English (German is a plus)
Ideally, you have a previous experience working in a finance team or any other hands-on experience in a related field
You have a basic understanding of Moss or any other similar financial management platforms
Ideally, you bring a strong proficiency in Excel
You are structured and self-organized with strong time-management skills
