In Ditzingen, you can expect security solutions for monitoring and securing borders and border controls, for the protection of civilian and military facilities, and for tactical communication. This is the right place for you if you want to develop and produce tactical radios for networked operations in military use together with us. Become part of the Thales expert team for cybersecurity and cryptography, for encryption components and hardware security modules, and for electronic key management systems. Your Mission

• Organization and support in daily business as well as in projects and ad-hoc topics
• Planning, support, and follow-up of (virtual) trainings and events in the Thales Learning Hub
• Collaboration in the field of digital learning (e.g., moderation support, creation of smaller e-learnings)
• Research activities related to personnel development, training providers, learning & development
• Maintenance and evaluation of training data in the Learning Management System (Cornerstone) including reporting
• Translations from English

What we look forward to

• Studies in Business Administration, Pedagogy, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a comparable field of study
• Initial professional experience (training or internships), especially experience in the field of personnel development or human resources management is an advantage
• Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken, very good English language skills
• Enjoyment of teamwork and supporting colleagues, combined with strong communication skills, service orientation, and high quality awareness, as well as an independent, structured, and responsible way of working with a goal-oriented, project-based approach.
